At Virginia Avenue, we recognize that God’s people are sent to proclaim the Gospel to our neighbors & the nations. In John 20:21, Jesus tells His disciples, “Even as the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you”. Those words resonate with our church, and they motivate us to live as God’s people that have been sent to do God’s work. You can join the work by:

1) PRAYing.

We’re committed to lifting up our neighbors & mission partners in prayer on a regular basis. We pray for good news clubs, evangelical churches in Hagerstown, unreached people groups, our Hagerstown Area Pregnancy Clinic, our Rescue Mission, and our missionaries in Poland (Nick and Jill Toothman).

2) GIVing.
